I have stopped focusing on the past and prior goof-ups, mistakes, bad judgement calls, and replaced them with "OK, how can I fix this?"

I also got my happy little (ok, not so much) butt off the couch while watching No Reservations to do a twenty minute run on my elliptical!

I finished the Gold's 12 Week Transform Your Body Challenge yesterday.

Total weight lost = 30# emoticon

I have been running on the treadmill at the gym during the virtual 5K training. Never once had I had the chance to run outside. Anyway I walked/jogged about 20 minutes outdoor and still feeling great.

I know I can run a mile on the treadmill, thought it's still difficult, but running outside does seem more challenging and I'm working on making progress! It's been awhile since I've been really active (winter, you know) and today I jogged for a total of 6 minutes on my walk today! :) So far that's the longest I've managed outside (thanks in part of my nike+ coach program)!

I'm proud that I had a clean and tidy house when we unexpectedly had 6 friends drop by for a visit last night. Since the first of the year I've gotten a lot of calorie burning from carting stuff to the Good Will and cleaning house with the Flylady spark team. It has made cleaning fun and helps me stay fit.

I'm proud of the fact that I made a complete "comfort food" meal for dinner tonight and was still able to stay in my calorie range. I was at the top end of it, but still in range!

I am happy that I have stuck with the Insanity workout to this point. I'm on my 6th week, which leaves me with 3 weeks to complete the workout. When I finish, I'm just going to get right back into it and do another round! For now, I'm going to KEEP DIGGING DEEP!!!

The words "I can't" are like a cancerous disease...they eat at you until there is nothing left to consume. By saying "I can't" you are killing yourself before even giving yourself so much as a chance to live. I WILL push forward, I WILL dig deep, and I WILL succeed at achieving my goals. Thus, I WILL live on!

I got on the scale this morning and was down 0.6 pounds. Not a ton, but better than the last few weeks. Also, the last two days I have been able to stick to my calorie range and have included some new healthy foods.
