I go to the gym, too, during the week. I've started planning just a 30-45 minute workout at home. This way if I don't feel motivated to leave the house, I don't have to, but I still get some exercise done. I also like to wash the car by hand & vaccuum it out & detail it. That is some good activity without feeling like you're doing actual exercise.
