I think you could do it either way really! One set per leg or one set for both legs! I think really it is your choice on how you want to look at it!

I agree with HOTMAMA970. When you alternate legs, one set includes both legs. Two sets would be doing another 50 on each leg.

i am pretty sure that you are only supposed to track it once because otherwise it looks like you did 100. which technically you did but it was only 50 per leg. the tracker has no way of differentiating it though.
if you do dumb bell presses you would use both arms, but would only track it once rite.

ok so say I do the lying abduction ((one of my favs) and i do 50 per leg ....when I log it does tha means its 2 sets of 50? i usually log each side so 50 then i put it in again to show i did both legs
