Hey everyone!
I'm fairly new here so please forgive me if I take a bit to figure out how to get around on the site.
Anyhow I wanted to know if anyone:
1. does the full 5 mile fat burning dvd?
2. How many times a week do you do it?
3. Have you seen progress based on doing the full 5 miles for either 3,5, or 7 days a week.
I've been doing all 5 miles every other day but am going to start doing it everyday. Was wondering if anyone else is doing the same and how its been for them so far.
