My goal this week is to lose an additional four pounds! I plan on doing this by going to the gym and working out for four hours a day! Wish me luck!

This week I plan to continue working on my consistency. I also plan to ignore the scale for now and just enjoy my workouts. Today I worked out on total gym.

To finally get down to workout consistently this week , and do pilates at least 1x this week, and to tone at least 2x a week. Try to limit my snacking.

Goals I'm meeting this week:
1.) Continue to log on SP to stay motivated and hold myself accountable by tracking excercise and food. 2.) Drink at least 8 cups of water, and no SODA (this will be my second week). 3.) Continue to add more fruits and veggies to my food intake. 4.) Make it to the gym at least 4 times with 60 minute workouts.
Hope everyone is having a FABUOUS Fit Week!

I love this idea - the weekly goals. I''ve started a challenge for myself to try to ramp up my workout efforts prior to Thanksgiving.
Here are my goals for each day: -workout every morning for 45-60 minutes -3 days of strength training per week -cut all sweets, except sugar free gum -no eating past 8:30 pm -whey protein shake every morning -consume no more than 1200 calories plus however many calories I burn during my workouts. (for example: Today I burned 400 cals during my morning workout. So I will eat no more than a total of 1600 calories.) -drink 64 ounces of water daily -consume no more than 1600 mg of sodium daily -do something fun just for me each day that is not related to food or watching television

Today I did not hit my goal.
I needed:
One more vegetable or fruit to hit my goal and 2 more 8oz of water. Had a late start on my day!

So far this week I have reached all goals that I have set for myself 1 - Burn 500 calories a day 2 - Walk 10,000 steps a day 3- Lift for 30 Minutes a day 4 - Freelance strength for 30 Minutes a day ......and I couldn't be happier
There are as many nights as days, and the one is just as long as the other in the year's course. Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word 'happy' would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness - Carl Jung
I have recently learned more about lifting, I am ready to branch out a bit, so I am going for a 5day split :) I have never really trained to 'failure' before, but have started OUCH, hehe, and really enjoying it.

My goal this week is to get at least 3 servings of fruits & vegetables a day.
This is hard for me because I work different shifts everyday and I don't always eat right at home ( if I'm not hungry I really don't eat). I just bought a lot of fruit so maybe this will help me out.

Do my interval jump rope training (which include strength training) 3x this week (and with proper "protection", last week I had a bit trouble continue with my jump rope coz not wearing suitable clothes!)

Well, after a really depressing body fat measurement last week, and some truly unexplained weight gain, I am back to square one. So, for this week, my goals are: 1. 4ST days and 3 Cardio Training Sessions this week. 2. Keep the macro percentages at 35%/35%/30% this week. 3. Increase intake of liquids.
Hopefully this is a temporary situation that I can easily turn around. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and dedicating myself to my fitness.

Well, last week was pretty much a complete wash. TOM was really bad this time and I was wiped most of the week, and then I got a horrible headache that lasted three days. Oh well, hopefully this week will get back to normal. Here's the goals 9/26-10/2: 1. 3 days ST 2. 2 days Cardio 3. Get back to carb cycling 4. Study ISSA stuff

Summary of week 19-25 Sept: - 3x cardio, at least 10 minutes - yay, back to it again but next month's period, might had to back to square one. - at least once weekly, jumping rope 200x - didn't manage to do 200x at one day but in total, I did 220x in different 2 days. - full body strength training, twice weekly, at least 10 minutes per session - I did it, in fact, more than 15 minutes each session, yay! - stretchering 5 minutes or more after every workout - did this for each of my workouts but if I just did 1 minutes jump rope, nope, didn't do stretching.

Goals for 9/19-9/25: 1. At least three ST workouts 2. At least 2 Cardio workouts 3. Get back on track with carb cycling 4. Continue studying ISSA coursework.
This is a get back on track week for me as well. Last week was crazy knowing that we were going out of town and trying to get everything accomplished. This week will be refreshing to get back in the gym.

For week 19-25 Sept, I want to return back to my normal fitness routine, last week was my period week, so had to slow down, haha. So, upcoming week: - 3x cardio, at least 10 minutes - at least once weekly, jumping rope 200x - full body strength training, twice weekly, at least 10 minutes per session - stretchering 5 minutes or more after every workout!

Sounds like an interesting program. this weekend, hubby and I are going out of town, so I'm going to try to get three to four workouts in this week...kind of combine the cardio and ST to get everything in. Not sure what I'll do exactly, but I'll definitely make it count.
I'm also back to the carb cycling...three low days, one high. So far so good.

@ BAILEY - that's a great goal if you're doing a lot of training.
I'm just going in on this message board, so I'll wait until next week to add my 3 goals.
Happy Sparking!

Thanks. I am looking for something to have you run 3 days a week and if a pod cast is available, all the better.

My goal is to get more than 100 grams of protein a day.
Continue w/ my C25K program, in last week.
Then to find another running program that will have me running 3-4 days a week.. like that.

I am starting this challenge at 150 and would like to lose about 10 lbs. I will strength train 3 times per week TRX training one time per week Cardio 5 times per week doing HIIT. Stick within my calorie range of 1600 Drink 10 glasses of water Eat more fruits and vegies daily. Ok sounds easy enough :)

Hi guys, I can see that I picked a GREAT coleader, Besides the goals at the bottom of the page, I intend ti: 1 Carry on training for my 1st race. 2. Work harder on lifting an extra 5 lbs. 3. Get fitted for a new pair of running shoes by a professional who has to measure my stride etc
C'mon what are your weekly goals?

Here is another idea. I know I do a lot better if I have distinct goals to work toward each week. i realize that we are already at Tuesday, but what if we each came up with three goals that we will work toward this week. A week goes from Sunday to Saturday (that's the way Spark is set up when using the fitness tracker, so it is probably the easiest way to see total minutes and cals burned per week).
My goals this week: 1. Continue with carb cycling...three low days, one high. 2. Strength training 3 days this week, 2 days of cardio 3. Clean the house to get ready for hubby to return from his Army deployment.
What are your goals??
