The Cardio Twister ROCKS! I've had mine two (2) years and have not had a problem with it yet! When I first got it, I followed the exercise regimen and healthy food choices to the letter and had tremendous success! I lost 22 pounds in record time!
However, shortly thereafter, I had major surgery, started law school and established a bankruptcy paralegal company ... needless to say, I re-gained 14 lbs and most of it landed in my gut
Because I'm tired of looking this way, I dusted off my Cardio Twister last week and I am now eating healthy again! The good news is that I'm already seeing results!
If you can find a Cardio Twister, can assemble it properly and can take good care of it! You will quickly find it is worth the investment!!!

I have tried the Cardio Twister and I loved it! I saw results in a matter of weeks. Only problem was after a couple of months the thing fell apart on me. It's not a top notch (expensive) machine but it does work. I was thinking of investing in another one. Think I will take one more chance with it :)

Hi there :) New here but I thought this might help. I have had the Cardio Twister for two weeks and I have to say I am impressed with it. I have lost 2.5cm of each thigh 4 cm off my hips and 3cm off tummy and waist, so it does work as long as you use it. I have been doing 1/2 an hour a day 6 days a week. Give it a try, as long as you use it as an exercise machine and not a dust collecting clothes hanger it definitely works!

I have written an in-depth cardio twister review that I've posted on my fitness website. In my opinion it's a really poor piece of fitness equipment. Actual users overwhelmingly rate it a 1 on a scale from 1 to 5. Granted it's mostly those who are disappointed who voice their opinions online, but this is just a bad product.
I have been using the cardiotwister for six months now and it definitely works..determination is the key, I to the basic workout 2 times a week and the advanced workout 3 times a week..the cd comes with the cardio twister!! I have definitely seen an improvement in my body, especially waist and abs!! With every exercise program you need to be committed and also a good diet!!

Please read all of the reviews before purchasing the ab twister. I thought of getting one too, but the reviews made me think twice. It is definitely not a "quick fix"......

My wife has one at home and she loves it. They are offering a risk free at home trial on their home page at http://www.cardiotwist.info I have used it several times and like it as well. Rob

At first I thought it was a good piece of exercise equipment to purchase, but after talking to friends and doing some research...I thought it might be better to just get out and walk instead! I did buy a Gazelle Edge for those days when it was too cold or wet outside.

I saw it on TV and thought it might be good for me. I googled it and found dozens and dozens of bad reviews on home shopping network (www.hsn.com). Too bad. The idea seemed good and it looked like actually worked. Apparently it's junk.

I love to ride my bike but not when it is 100 outside! I was hoping it would really work on my abs since I have that middle age spread~but maybe if I tried harder or worked on it longer? Just hoping! Thanks for the promising review!

I think its great, the motion of it is sort of like riding a bike but not sitting on the seat. Ive been using it for two weeks, i try to do about 30 min a day, and already i have noticed it has given my legs more definition, lifted my butt, and strengthened the muscles around my hips. I wouldn't say its the best for someone looking to firm up there abs, because i feel minimal tension there, but if your looking for a shapely buttocks and thighs, its great, and its not annoying either...the time just flies on it.

I am glad to hear that others have had some experience with the Cardio Twister. I know I could probably get the same kind of exercise doing pilates or other exercises but it looks like so much fun to do! It would also motivate me to exercise more since I have a problem in getting motivated to do things. I just might shell out the money and get myself an early Christmas present!

thanks for adding to the conversation everyone I was on my treadmill this morning and saw the add for the cardio twister and would have purchased it had it not been for your thoughts. whoever said that there are cheaper options - pilates - you know what you're right. We're always looking for an easier way than just doing the exercise ourselves. Come on guys - we can just ... exercise!

i would say save your money. i purchased a cardio twister and nearly 3 months later still do not have the full machine. they shipped me some parts and try as i might i have not been able to get the rest. after 2 months of being told the parts were shipped, i called again today only to be told that they would send me a label for return of the machine. needless to say, i will be calling my bank and visa in the a.m. to get them on the case.

I have tried it and definitely don't recommend it. First of all it took over 2 hours to put together so you know you are not just going to try it and send it back. I would love to send mine back. It is kind of fun, but as far as results, there are many cheap alternatives. Esp pilates, ballet and rebounding. Good luck.

I only found one little message board with 2 or 3 posts, I'm probably missing it
I've been hula hooping for months with a 4 pound hoop and I am really pleased with it..I do 20-25 minutes 6 days a week
the cardio twister intrigued me because I need a different form of cardio aside from the elliptical and I like machines better then aerobic DVDs but I can't use a stair climber and I'm not fond of treadmills...I was considering maybe getting a recumberant bike but with the bike your upper body doesn't move much at all and my arms are a problem area for me

I went to the website and read up on it.. It doesn't look promising to me. If anything you could achieve the same results with a hula hoop and step aerobics.

I went to cardiotwister.com and in brought me to a message board about it on Yahoo. Now that I added the link, it takes you right to it. Google it, and the message board should be there.

I've seen the infomercial, but didn't really think it looks like it'd be a good investment. Are there any message boards out there with reviews of the product?

I tried to find it, but found only a blog about it through Yahoo. It didn't sound promising.

Haven't seen it, but I will check it out. I am leary of stuff like that because Avon had a twister and in my opinion it was a joke.

has anyone seen the infomercial for the new cardio twister thing?
www.cardiotwister.com
i'm really tempted to order it but i usually only order infomercial products after reading reviews and i can't find a review for it anywhere, i think it is still too new?
it's intrigueing me, the machine looks promising enough to actually work if used consistently...
i know most infomercials are gimmicks but i think some machines do have promise- i've been using the leg magic for almost 2 weeks now and must say i am pleased with it- my thighs actually feel and look a little firmer
