Excellent link Amy! Thank you.

I use a ww calculator that I picked up at a meeting, but I don't go to the meetings now.

If you need the emotional and physical help meetings give you, it is imparitive. I get that from sparks but some people really need meetings. I would LOVE to go but I just can't afford it.

If your not part of the solution, you are part of the problem.

I track on both Spark and WW's. I am an online person so it's about $49 for 3 months with a coupon. If you need the motivation of meetings, there is also a coupon for 1st month meetings
$29.95 instead of $46.

I liked the meetings at first, but after awhile I noticed clicks, so feeling like an outsider, I finally quit. Just my 2 cents worth.

this is wonderful. now my question might be (because I have not taken the leap to WW), in your heart of hearts... do you think it is financially worth it? If I know my points and I can calc the points i use,?? I don't know either way, I would love to hear your opinion!

thanks,

J

How to Calculate Your Daily Weight Watchers Points Plus Allowance
Many readers have asked me how to calculate your daily weight watchers points plus allowance. With the big change of the new Points Plus Plan, they’ve made it pretty hard to determine that without becoming a paying WW member and having the leaders calculate it for you in their system. However, there are a couple of other ways too….

Option #1: Get your hands on a WW Digital Points Calculator
You can buy one at a local WW meeting or online. It allows you to enter your personal stats (gender, age, weight and height) and get your daily points plus allowance.

Option #2: Check out this page that was created by an AWESOME WW member
http://gnomes22.tripod.com/dailypptarget
.html— I’ve compared it to my official Weight Watchers calculator and it is correct. Just plug in your stats, and it will give you your daily points plus allowance
