Soup and a couple of slices of wholemeal bread. My favourite is carrot and coriander. I find soup really filling.

I try to use more 0 points foods, such as the veggies and fruits. they fill you up and you are not using the points

Plain greek yogurt with fresh fruit, string cheese, fresh fruit, oatmeal, nuts, skim milk, ww snack bars, greek yogurt bars, protein, protein shakes and seafood. But the list is endless!!
Also, I lost 10 pounds easily following the WW plans. It just does not show on my timeline because I just joined Spark due to the cost of WW. I will probably joint it off and on to help me keep up with their new things as well. I am trying out Spark Coach at this time! It looks like Spark is going to be a good fit for me for long-term at this time!! I love WW though as well. That is why I love this group!
I like chobani greek yogurt with fruit anytime! I like orville redenbachers 100 calorie packs of kettle corn microwave popcorn. I like 100 calorie fat free fudge bars! All of these are low points as well!!
Breakfast is easy for me and filling. I have been eating Oatmeal, cooked on stove 1 minute
(quick 1 min.whole grain-) one. I measure 1/2 c and add 1 c water and cook.
Then I cut up a banana and when oatmeal is done, slice fruit on top and mix in. Add some skim milk (use rest of milk in my 2 coffee)
So: oatmeal: 3 pp
skim m: 2 pp
banana: 0 pp
total for this simple breakfast is only 5 pp and it does fill you up. I stopped buying the other cereals.
I also use many of the ww receipe books and have many favorites.

I am new to WW, and wow it sure seems easy to rack up points for the day before dinnertime!
Do you have any "go to" foods that you could recommend to me? Snacks also?
