I have spent most of my adult life in and out of WW. The first time I joined you had to eat liver once a week, yuk. That was about 30 years ago. But to me the new PP plan is the easiest because if you eat all your PP for the day and are still hungry you can always grab fruit or vegetables which are for the most part 0 points. This is something I can live with and stay on. But everyone is different in what they are comfortable with and what works for them. I think some that are on this team use the food tracker on SP and count calories instead of PP.
Thank you! I decided yesterday to go back to the old way of weight watchers. I have been struggling with the new program.I have gained and lost the same weight for over a year. I used to be so strict but i have lost faith. I lost 50pounds and kept it off for years. However I am struggling with the new program. I am excited to go back to the old way but I am also going to keep track of calories and see how that goes. Does everyone use the points plus 2012? Anyone still track the old way?
Hi Kathryn, welcome to SP and to this team. Not sure what your questions are but I would be glad to help you. This best advise I can give you is track your food using the WW's tracker or WW's online tools if you signed up for them when you joined. SP has wonderful tools that you can use along with WW but the food tracker on here does not work with counting points. I have been eating for a little while now - I saw on Dr Oz that they were very good for you. My friend I go to WW with swears by them. As far as cost, I am not sure - I am in Australia. I just bought a jar of white and black mixed at the local supermarket.

Do any of you know about Chia seeds? If you do, do they work? Do you think they are worth the cost? I found a 3 lb on ebay for about $25 but I am debating to buy it or not.......Just wanted some others opinions.
Hi Brenda. So glad to see a new leader. I have been a leader in other groups before. I hope you have better luck and success getting people to comment on your questions or post. I had no luck what so ever. No one seem to be interested or something. Did you set this as I think it is called a priority 1, 2, or 3?
