I have been having trouble eating all my points and lately after I eat or try to eat I start feeling sick like I ate too much. Any suggestions?

Weight watchers online has some very cool benefits, but it is just too expensive for me. Spark does not have that yet, if it is something you are interested in you should use the contact us link that websites offer and suggest it to them.

so i joined the online ww since it was buy one month get one month free but will not be keeping it. The coolest part of it is being able to scan your food with the app and save it in favorites. does anyone know if Sparks has that yet? oh and I am new here. hello emoticon

I have noticed some days when I am in my point range I am not in my other ranges that spark people recommend.....I believe that the difference is what weight-watchers gives as Weekly Extra points.

I am aiming to stay in the correct range but also get in the points recommended range....it is a slow process but I am getting there and remembering that this weight did not appear over night and it won't leave over night either.

I have been following the filling and healthy plan for a few weeks and have lost each week ... I found counting calories hard ... this seems to be working for me.

I know how I stand during the day w/ the pts but not sure with the cals yet. I have to wait until I get home & ck the nutrition page. I can count the pts as I use them. I will more than likely get back w/ the pts counting tomorrow (that's the new week for me on WW). I'm still going to WI at WW on my Sat's so I can stay on track. W/I keeps my accountable. :-)

I'm doing the cal count this wk alone & am sort of nervous by not counting pts also. Maybe a little change might be good. Let me know how you do by counting cal's too. Thanks.

I've done WW for almost 2 years, and got stuck after a year at the same weight, so I am going to try calorie tracking this week, maybe it's the shake up I need!

Getting all pts in & + some. Generally use all of flex pts by 4th day of week. I'm not doing the WW online just pay as you go at weekly meetings. I've discovered that the preplanned menus really work better than sitting in front of sev cookbooks & online recipes. Keeping things much simpler & more nutrish too. :)

I have been using the SP menus & tracking along with them this week. I have to say I have really enjoyed having the preplanned menu instead of racking my brain trying to fit points in & have balanced meals. I am finding by meeting all the recommended Spark cal's that I go over on WW points (maybe that's was the 49 flex pts are meant for). I'm going to go w/ SP for a week & see what the scale show. I'm at a plateau on WW right now. Wonder if I was getting enough of calories.
