Hi 2be. Congrats on your 20 lbs. My name is Linda, and I'm fairly new to Spark People. I was told about the site the first of the year. I have been a WW fan for many years, even when I'm not following plan. I am not currently attending meetings. I do core because of its ease of use for me, and have lost 16 lbs so far. My current game plan: track/diary, to be active, and drink 8 cups of water a day. Good luck to you.
