Glad to hear that we are all tracking. I believe that is the key to any plan. I have started the daily printable meal plans on Spark & really like them. I calculate the WW points along with SP & agree that they are almost to the mark matching cal/Pts. I've always wondered what calories the WW pts that are assigned to us are . It seems to help me get more balanced menu plans that I have been using alone on WW. I don't know what it is about someone seeing my wt that makes me follow the diet plan & stay on track. I always loose my 20#'s & then go back to old habits. I live in S Louisiana & we love fried things & am trying to change bad habits. Glad to have found our team to share the process for better health & self esteem.

Hi 2be. Congrats on your 20 lbs. My name is Linda, and I'm fairly new to Spark People. I was told about the site the first of the year. I have been a WW fan for many years, even when I'm not following plan. I am not currently attending meetings. I do core because of its ease of use for me, and have lost 16 lbs so far. My current game plan: track/diary, to be active, and drink 8 cups of water a day. Good luck to you.
