Ok, could use some help here. I'm on vacation & having trouble staying on plan. At home, things are low-cal, reasonable portions, but here...well, not so much, and desserts every night. Mom & Dad do have a treadmill, which they use as a clothes rack. So a healthy lifestyle is not their first priority. Granted, no ones forcing me to eat...and I brought along my walking DVD, but haven't felt motivated. HELP!!
