Hi, I just joined this group and saw your post. I've noticed that in some cases too, but I've also noticed that I'm only eating about 900 calories if I only use points, which is clearly not enough. I've been doing Sparkpeople & Weight-watchers together, and saw that if I'm eating whole/healthy foods, it's easy to keep at least 1200 calories and still be in my points range. Even if I go over a point or 2 I just add it to my weekly allowance and be done with it. Hope this helps.

I have only been on sparkpeople for a week but I have noticed that if I follow the spark guidelines for getting my calories that I am eating to many ww points. How do I balance that? After years of weightwatchers you are programmed that you are only allowed so many points a day in order to be successful in your weight loss.
