Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day
Gave up candy and bake goods
Tracking all my foods
No night eatting
Eatting fruit and veggies every day

I seem to be in a funk. So, I purchased a new trendy colored scale, and found some new recipes to brighten things up.

I try to take one day at a time. This is a life style. Knowing that I didnt gain the weight in a day it will take time to lose.

I set aside time everyday to TRACK my food and exercise. It is the best tool to keep me focused. I also joined a group of friends on FB for a 12 week challenge. I want to go down 1 size in 2013~
