Eat slower and think about the bite. The texture, is the food sweet or salty. You may find that after a few bites you feel satisfied and that fourth or fifth bite of chocolate don't taste as good as the first few bites.

TIP: It's not hard to find time to exercise. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone~Go for a walk to the park with a friend or the kids or whoever~maybe ride bikes~go swimming. It's not necessary to spend hours at the gym to get a productive workout and receive the benefits. Take 10 mins to jump rope and alittle while later turn on the radio for 10-15 mins and just dance. Have fun!!! Two -three bouts of 15-20 mins each is just as effective as 60 mins at one shot. Not only does exercise improve your body it improves your mental function!!
