Don't get bogged down looking at 100 pounds. Go light! Choose one pound and get rid of it! Each pound lost is a goal reached. You will feel so successful every time one is gone!

My tip for today is for all of us to stay within our food intake budgets, for whichever way we are counting food.

It is essential [ a sine qua non for weight loss ] to stay within the food budget every meal, every snack, day by day, for weight loss.

Is it hard to do? You betcha!

Is it an attainable goal? Yes!

Do your best at this, we can all do it!

Eat slower and think about the bite. The texture, is the food sweet or salty. You may find that after a few bites you feel satisfied and that fourth or fifth bite of chocolate don't taste as good as the first few bites.

TIP: It's not hard to find time to exercise. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone~Go for a walk to the park with a friend or the kids or whoever~maybe ride bikes~go swimming. It's not necessary to spend hours at the gym to get a productive workout and receive the benefits. Take 10 mins to jump rope and alittle while later turn on the radio for 10-15 mins and just dance. Have fun!!! Two -three bouts of 15-20 mins each is just as effective as 60 mins at one shot. Not only does exercise improve your body it improves your mental function!!
