Good day weighed in at work stayed the same this week!. That is ok worked out a bit had a big lose last week. Going to the work gym this after noon working on my push ups. Using the ball to do them however it is working !!

I weighed myself today; it's been six days since I joined. I've dropped a whopping 8 pounds! Wow! It's no wonder I feel so lighthearted lately. I'm so excited. How is everybody else doing? Any successes to share?

Has anyone tried the new Jif Hazelnut and chocolate nutbutter? We got a jar on Wednesday and to be honest, I'm disappointed, in as much as it was supposed to be like peanut butter, only better. For one thing, you have to stir it up cause all the oil is on top. Then the consistancy is thin and the chocolate flavor over runs the hazelnut. I told Bob that if you added a box of white powdered sugar to it, it'd make a great chocolate glaze for a cake. But as a filling for a sandwich, it leaves a lot to be desired. I was very disappointed since I thought it'd be thick like regular Jif with the added bonus of the chocolate. I'm addicted to peanut butter, but not this.:(

I USED TO WORK WITH MEDICAL NUTRITIONISTS-DIETICIANS/CDE'S AND IT WAS NEVER MADE CLEAR TO ME BY ANY OF THEM THAT VEGETARIAN MEALS WILL DO THE JOB OF LOWERING BLOOD SUGAR. I DID HEAR THEM RECOMMEND ATKINS TO PEOPLE. OMG!
PERHAPS THEY CAN'T PROFESSIONALLY ORDER PEOPLE TO EAT VEGETARIAN FOR A WHILE?

July 4th - better - walked 60 mins, (including treadmill at gym) then did total body workout at gym also, only overate by 127 calories.
July 3 - bad day - overate and could not get into gear for exercise or any movement at all

I went to the grocery store and bought apples, bananas, romaine lettuce, watermelon for me. Ice cream for the DH. and I also wanted to get slivered almonds for a chicken salad I am making - so I headed to the bulk bins and took a little scoop. It cost $.12 (yes, 12 cents) but with my bonus card, I got them for 10 cents. WOO HOO!

i walked 35 mins ~ 1 mi. and tracked it in SP Quick Tracker, but as to where the data are as to find them later, i don't know.
I overate but did track today's food in the nutrition tracker. at least i avoided seconds.

planned to go to the gym,
copped out again after a trip to the farmer's market to pick up a few seedlings for our veggie garden.
i seem to have a very small limited amount of energy, what with all the overweight.
i'm hoping the energy will increase when i'll be in the normal weight range.

Hi All, I hope everyone had a great day!! How did everyone do today? Did we eat right? Did we exercise? Drink that water?? I went to the gym after work with my daughter. I did get in 4 glasses of water today. But, getting my cups of water daily is a hit or miss. I do drink more than I used to especially since I gave up soda. Crystal Light Mixes help.
