A Debbie Macomber romance, I think it's called Glad Tidings.

Finished this Amazon Kindle eBook freebie, “The House of Women” by Anne Whitfield. Here’s my brief review posted on Good Reads:

“Well written, authentic dialog and a plausible Victorian premise make for a leisure reading experience. It’s over flowing with typical family dramatics: marriage arrangements, money difficulties, coveted social status, and misguided egocentric ambition. The characters, primary and secondary, fill the pages with vivid personality varieties, conventional Victorian household activity and well placed background stories. An enjoyable read and one I would recommend.”

I am in like company here… nirvana again.

I am a voracious reader too, and have no qualms about rereading what I own. I read both print and electronic books. I am a participant on Good Reads – the one social media I enjoy. I enjoy all genres so nothing is left unread.

I am starting “The House of Women” by Anne Brear; a Kindle freebie.

I'm a big Mother Earth News fan here, too. In fact, I went to their Fair in September; I learned a lot and had lots of fun. That is about the only magazine I read, though. No time!

Don't feel bad about rereading. I have large series that I read and reread. Recently I started "The Origin of Species by Darwin. I am also reading Night Watcher by Courtney Nuckles. I think it is sophomoric para-normal romance. I subscribe to Woman's Day, and Family Circle (since I was ten. I think I am getting to old for it now.) National Geographic, Crafts'n things, Crochet Magazine, Real Simple, MaryJane's Farm (a book for women who want to be an old time farm girl.) Mother Earth News, All you, and Ladie's Home Journal. I also receive E-Magazines. Seems like I am always reading and because of the subscriptions I am on every catalog's mailing list. I have a NOOK E-reader. Sure makes carrying around books easier.

I love to read! Mostly I like science fiction/fantasy, but I also like classics and history. Recently I finished Outlander by Diana Gabaldon for about the 5th or 6th time. And now I am reading The Hobbit for about the 10th or 12th time. I guess I tend to return to old favorites.
