I got lots of books from the libe when I first discovered my diabetes (about two months ago). One that I liked so much I bought it is "The Diabetes Miracle" by Diane Kress, RD. But I got one the other day that I had preordered on Amazon and it will be the last book I ever have to get. It's "The End of Diabetes" by Joel Fuhrman, MD. I have all of his other books too. I'm almost done reading it. It is a plant-based diet plan (along with exercise) to reverse diabetes. I am 100% sure that if I commit to his program I will finally get down to my ideal weight and be free of diabetes and other diseases for the rest of my life.

Did anyone go to the library and check out all the books on diabetes? Do you have a favorite, a go-to book that your could recommend?
