Well.. my update to Medformin - I'm losing weight. A miracle in my life to say the least.
I have tried every diet in the book.. every workout in the book.. nothing made the lose weight..
Now on Medformin my second month.. I have gone from 237 doctors scale to 219 , in this short time. I have continued with martial arts, and my workout routine at home. From weight lifting to yoga to cardio of all different types. Medformin does not bother my tummy as much...But, I have notice that it keeps me in line. If I don't eat .. I feel weak.. so now, I have completely changed the foods I eat and how much I eat to what I eat.. I even brought a special cup size bowl to measure my foods to one cup.. wow , its been so helpful.
I'm eating 1509 cal per day.. but I'm working out to burn at least 500 per day.. not easy at all..but I change my workouts so much that it confuses the muscles and keeps it fun! snacking is my biggest help. Snacks consist of .. fruits , veggies, proteins..water..nuts. thats it. but I snack a lot.. and it helps to keep my metabolism burning.. but my portions are very controlled. spoonfuls.. it really works! except for fruits.. I will eat a whole apple , whole banana , not too big. I'm looking forward to fitting into size 6 jeans!
