I'm a hefty gal, but I like to get my cycling on :D. It's started getting pretty hot here (80s-90s) but still comfortable for indoor stationary cycling (20-30 minutes twice daily) and some evening rides outside (30-60 minutes every other day-ish), however my BG tests are staying pretty level instead of dropping like they normally do after a workout. I've increased my water and am actually eating less because it's too hot to be bothered with cooking, but still within my goals. The only change seems to be the temperature. I'm nervous that if I miss a workout now I'll have a nasty BG spike. Any ideas? I'm tired of feeling like a mutant.
