I surely would ask it on the Managing Diabetes Group threads rather than here.
This team is SOOOO Inactive. I'll start a thread there for you.
Don't forget to set your email preferences so you get all the team emails.
Go to your start page under My Trackers tab. Under your name on the left, it says something like email preferences. Click on that. A new page will pop up so you can select which emails you would like to receive.
Also, Go to the Community tab and in the drop down window, select SparkTeams. A page will come up with the SparkTeams you are on.
In the box titled My Spark Teams, look all the way to the right and click on Manage My Team Emails/Settings.
All of your teams will be there with boxes to check for each type of email you can receive. Choose which emails you want to receive.

Dr has me testing one hour after my biggest meal, which for me is lunch. We're doing this for a month to see where my numbers go. No goals were discussed other than to try and get the levels more balanced.

What is hoped for at a one hour post meal test? I'm running 137 to 147 to 151. None of the meals are high in carbs.

Thank you for your patience. I know I'm asking questions. Thanks again!
