Good Morning, Do you test your BS when you have the chills? Do take your meter to your bedroom at night and try testing to see what your BS is. You may also have a low grade infection. Or possibly, low circulation. Do you exercise to get that blood moving? I'm certainly not a Dr. but I'd call mine and see what the problem is if it's not your BS that you can adjust at home. Hope you get this under control. Do keep us posted. OXOX
This is driving me nuts and interrupting my sleep! I am almost constantly chilled even though it is about 72 inside our house. So I'll add another layer (or 2) and the next thing I know I'm heating up. So I take off the extra layer(s) and a few minutes later I'm c-c-c-cold again. I'm wondering if this could this be a diabetes symptom since I have not had this happen before.
