Are you all counting grams, like me, or how are you counting these? I am still trying to figure it all out! Thanks for the great input! Do most of your carbs come from veggies and fruits, or more starchy things like bread and corn?
I am curious as I read cookbooks for type II and see what people on this site are having for breakfast as to what counts everyone is on? I have been put on 30-50 g of carbs a day and 80-100 g of protein per day. Are most people eating low carb bread and tortillas? I am just curious because I know with type I insulin injections can be used to adjust for added carbs and such, but I thought most of type two was controlled through diet and oral medications that can not be easily adjusted. Would anyone mind sharing their plans? Thanks!
