my husband tried these but they hurt his stomach afterwards so he stopped taking them after trying for a couple of weeks.

I was diagnosed with diabetes last July and tried on and off to eat better but now am getting serious about eating right to get rid of it. So I am happy I stumbled across this discussion on Cinnamon Pills. I will be checking this out. I can't really exercise right now because I broke my foot and had metal plates put in my ankle on Christmas day so I am still in a wheel chair till March 14th:( But, I definitely will be eating right and will check in to the Cinnamon.
Thanks for the information:)
May you be blessed!
My nieghbpr bought them at Costco, but said he found them in drug stores like Rite Aide or Walgreen's too. Where have you read about it? I would love to read more on this subject.
I have been reading about this for over a year. I have seen some positive feedback.
I don't think it would hurt to take them. I would like to know where your neighbor gets them in pill form! Could you please ask for me?? (:
I have a Dr's appt on the 7th. I'll ask...

Even if you are on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there.
I will be asking my doctor next month, but want feedback from you -- a neighbor takes cinnamon pills which he states helps to metabolize sugar faster. i am curious about this, since I haven't heard of this before. Any information to share???
