MIKEROYAL I subscribe to their daily email on type 2 diabetes and there is such a wealth of info on that site. www.everydayhealth.com Go to the box Health A-Z and scroll down to Diabetes Type 2. Click on it. A new page will come up and about 2/3's the way down on the right, there is a section that says Get Newletter. If you sign up for it under this page, most of the emails will be Type 2 Diabetes related. Peruse the site for such great info. Knowledge IS Power. Enjoy.
Here is a link that I found very exciting. The why's and wherfore's of weigh training and it's benefits. I'm also, finding out the knowledge is POWER. I'm going to sit down and make a plan. Write down what I eat and how many carbs/ meal. Plan an exercise routine, cardio and weight training. Write it in a day planner and GO FOR IT ! ! ! I know I have all the tools to be successful, I just need the commitment to do it. I hope the article is helpful to you.
