MIKEROYAL I subscribe to their daily email on type 2 diabetes and there is such a wealth of info on that site. www.everydayhealth.com
Go to the box Health A-Z and scroll down to Diabetes Type 2. Click on it. A new page will come up and about 2/3's the way down on the right, there is a section that says Get Newletter. If you sign up for it under this page, most of the emails will be Type 2 Diabetes related.
Peruse the site for such great info.
Knowledge IS Power.

Tis is really great. I'm glad it made it out of the blogs, because I dont read them, and this info is JUST what I've been looking for. Knowledge IS power.

this page lets you do everything except update your current weight. It makes no sense. I can never remember how to do it.

Here is a link that I found very exciting. The why's and wherfore's of weigh training and it's benefits.
I'm also, finding out the knowledge is POWER.
I'm going to sit down and make a plan. Write down what I eat and how many carbs/ meal. Plan an exercise routine, cardio and weight training. Write it in a day planner and GO FOR IT ! ! !
I know I have all the tools to be successful, I just need the commitment to do it.
