I'm also, finding out the knowledge is POWER.
I'm going to sit down and make a plan. Write down what I eat and how many carbs/ meal. Plan an exercise routine, cardio and weight training. Write it in a day planner and GO FOR IT ! ! !
I know I have all the tools to be successful, I just need the commitment to do it.
