im not losing inches either. i am going to talk to my dr about this too, if i ever see him again, *eyeroll*. i am also starting a high protein, low carb diet, since reading that we need more protein to prevent muscle loss, hoping that lean proteins and low carb, whole grains only may help. fingers crossed.

I really haven't lost much weight. What has happened is I've gone down a size in Pants, bra and shirt. I feel so much better because I am becoming more fit. I have more stamina, more energy and less pain in my joints. Therefore, I am messuring my success by these items. I am not letting the fact that I've only lost 10 pounds to get me down. Adventually this too will follow.

I am with the two of you. I am newly DX'd as of three weeks ago. In three weeks, I haven't lost a single pound. I am walking 2-3 miles a day, eating right, sleeping well. Not sure what else I have to do.

since I got diagnosed last year its been hard for me to lose weight.
Right now I'm on Metformin.
Going to have my doctor adjust my meds and see if that helps the situation.
I eat right and exercise but nothing is helping.
So frustrating, so I understand what you are going through.
