Thanx for this info! I had no idea...

Does the LORD delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as much as in obeying the voice of the LORD ? To obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed is better than the fat of rams.

Hi Team,
I am posting this as a sticky note because I learned some things about my meds and it could apply to you on any generic medicine you may ever take. I wasn't aware of this info until this morning.
If you notice any change in the affects of any medication that you are taking, ask the pharmacist if they switched suppliers on you. By law, the active ingredient in generics has to be the same as in the original medication. But the various generic manufacturers are allowed to play around with the so-called inert or inactive ingredients, which can definitely affect absorption rate, etc. This is
one of the drawbacks of using the cheaper generic brands-- the pharmacists can fill your prescription with whatever generic brand they want, and switch you up at any time.
If you like the current prescription they gave you and want to continue it, just ask the pharmacist to always supply you with that particular generic-- as far as I know, any generic brand can be special ordered for anyone at the pharmacy's request, as long as it's still being manufactured.
If there's been no change in supplier, maybe the old supply may have been contaminated or changed somehow (heat, moisture, etc) or was simply past its
expiration date.
I am calling my pharmacist Monday to find out what I can, so I can keep my numbers good. I am having the best numbers I have ever had and it wasn't because anything changed with me. I just wanted to pass this along.
Becky
