Yesterday I had an egg, fat free cheese, and whole wheat tortilla breakfast burrito for breakfast and a cup of 1% milk. For lunch I ate a Smart Ones Roast Beef and gravy entree with water. I had low fat ham, green beans, and carrots for dinner. For snacks I ate one light Yoplait yogurt and later a handful of almonds. I need to work on getting more milk in myself.
yesterday for breakfast , 1 egg, 2 slices 100% stone ground toast and no sugar strawberry spread coffee with milk. for lunch , 1 slice pizza 1 glass 2% milk. 1/2 aisa pear for supper, 1/2 cup rice pilaf,1/4 cup smore gurke,1/2 brat wurst. 1 glass 2% milk. took my meds. but I have misplaced my testing kit so I am not sure how good that meal plan was.
