Pat- I like the idea of posting if you lose or gain. I lost a pound yesterday at the doctor's office. I was there last time March 20. So glad it was not a gain. I glad I'm losing but its coming off so slow but I'm not giving up.
Hi Team, This is a new thread for you to post ideas for things you would like to see on your team site. This is YOUR team and I want to have things here that you think would help you. Some teams have weigh ins. You could post your actual weight however I find that some people would rather not do that. Some teams just post results (lost a pound, gained a pound). If we do this I feel like this would be a better way to do this. Or we don't have to do this at all. We could post types of exercising. Some teams have virtual walk tours where your activity translate into miles and you arrive at a virtual destination (Want to go to Hawaii? Figure out the mileage and exercise to get there "Virtually".) We could have games posted such as "word association" There are many on here and I will investigate that. I like the fact that we are a small and very supportive team. It is the support we get that can sometimes make us or break us. So think about what you would like. If you see any ideas on other teams that you are a member of and you would like to see that or something similar here, post and let us know. We have a great team and we want to keep making it better.
