Same as last night before I went to bed.
Hmmm, what's up with that?

At the beginning of December when I was diagnosed it was 9.

I'm not on medication, just trying diet and exercise. ... with a strict eye to
treats.

No medication. A little higher than I like but it drops during the day as I move more. This is my morning fasting number and mornings are always higher due to inactivity while sleeping (no muscle activity to burn glucose off).
