I found out one week a go. I can have soy, but can not have most dairy, most nuts, pork ,corn, potatoes, tomatoes, sugar & gluten products, all cause extreme stomach pain & damage to my whole digestive system that shows by a microscope. Many beans I can not eat. No oranges or egg yolks. I can have sugarless chocolate. I get retested in 3 months, also advised, higher protein, lower fat diet. I am trying 50% carbs, mostly fruits & vegetables, 30% protein & 20% fat for 3 months before I get retested, I found a lot of baking I can do at home with gluten free bisquick recipes online & stevia. They sell in the store gluten free pizza dough mix, chex cereal is gluten free & some items are sold store brand, so much cheaper. Rice products are gluten free. I do not have a problem with this as I am trying & always do most cooking at home. It tastes better anyway. I am also single.

Health coach 3 month program starts March 12,every Monday by phone. I have chronic kidney disease and low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years..I am 55 years old. I do walking and ride the bike at the gym 65 minutes, 3 times a week . I hope to start yoga in April.

So I just found out that I can't have soy, chocolate, citrus, berries, sugar substitutes, and milk. Now I am allergic to peppers and I have been for years so I already have to read my food labels but this is ridiculous and am having some trouble finding things that I can have and things I like. If anyone has suggestions that would be greatly appreciated.
