I am slowly getting through my math, but not getting far on the paper or studying.

My goals for the next week:
1 burn 550 more calories a day than I consume. Treadmill is about 250 for a run, So I have an extra 300 to burn EVERY DAY.
2 Run 3+ times per week
3 HIKE on Saturdays 3+hours
4 EVERY morning:
Crunches + 5 (5 more than the day before)
Pushups +5
Jump rope 5 minutes
10 minute with Coach Nicole or another Spark video
20 minutes yoga
5 Get some measuring cups to travel with. Yep, gonna get honest about restaurant food! Calories will be in the bottom 100 of my range.

I am not up for much. I have had a hard day when it comes to motivation and other areas. I have no energy after a nap. I am still not getting anywhere with some. I have not been up for even geting a sip of liquid other than with lunch and mindful eating has definatly gotten worse.

I am still with the cold and some of my goals have not been ones that I could even improve with and others seemed to be where I masted it and then I started slipping back.

Well.....Honestly I am stuck at 177 lbs and largely because I have been fighting multiple sinus infections which turn me into a slug. The headaches have been horrible. When I don't feel well I don't exercise and tend to overeat. So my goal is a reverse one but a good one. It's to go slower and take it easier on myself. I am going to stop beating myself up and stop pushing myself too hard and causing my own failures.emoticon Big Idea moment!
