I just saw this post and have heard so many discussions on it. What I've come away with is simple. Drink your 64 daily ounces and let your body do the rest.
I rid myself of the excess poundage the simple way; portion control, cutting as much processed foods as possible, exercise, and, most importantly, embracing a healthy lifestyle. No shortcuts! No gimmicks! No BS!
40 years obese, 1 year to recover! I've been maintaining for over 3.5 years now.

Hello and good day Team!!!

Many of us read alot about health and fitness.. and there is always an abundance of thoughts and opinions...

So question to our team...

What is your thoughts on Detox water?

Have you tried it? What are your results?
I think many of us try to eat as healthy as we possibly can while searching for help along the way.. so does detox water really help?

If any of you have feedback on this.. share with the group...
