1. Do you like having a workout for FRIDAY's ? like EVERY FRIDAY is power walking?
I do. I have Friday's off so it's nice to have a workout I can "bank" on. Granted, if I don't feel like doing it that week, I just do an earlier one! :)
2. Do you check out /use the links, that are attached in the daily QFC that you get via SPARK MAIL?
I do. However, because I'm a full time student and work part time AND am married, I sometimes only get to check the links 1-2-3 times a week. When I have some backlogged I'll write them in my Planner for the upcoming days, so I'm not always doing them when everyone else is doing them.
3. Do you like the COMBO WEEKEND's meaning 1 workout for the weekend? Does this help you planning your weekend activities?
The Combo works out for me, for the reasons posted above. I also like it because, again, I have something planned to look forward to, and if I don't like the workout for some reason, I can pick something else. :)
I may not post often, but your team is motivating! I get a little jolt of "Get off your tuckus" every day!
