As we move toward the end of the Summer ....the days are long and filled with many errands... some have camping trips, family vacations, and getting the kids ready for that back to school thing.... I will be at work..picking up a few extra days for the first 3 weeks of August...
So to make things easy the month of August ...
I have planned the QUICKFIRES:
SUNDAYS = Yoga De-stress
FRIDAYS = Power Walking
SATURDAYS = AB WORKOUTS (different one each Satuday)
Trying Something a bit different on planning the workouts of the day...and with so much to do hopes this helps everyone in planning their days....
