Quickfire for me is in the morning right after DH goes to work...then after that shower and I go to work. I can do some during the day as well. Whenever I feel like it, that's when I do it; and they are a part of my day...! This team is GREAT !!

Yep! Whenever I can slip them in. Sometimes when the baby is eating her snack or maybe at lunch. Or if I take the dog out to potty, I'll slip in a couple of sets of something while pooch is busy. What I most importantly try to do is space them throughout the day. They are much more advantagious that way, keeping the metabolism up and all. This is why I love this team! Quickfiring is the best way to keep the momentum going!!

I try to get in a set or two before I leave for work. I walk to and from work, so it's easy to fit some bursts of power walking into my hour each way when that's part of the challenge. I don't know about the jumping jacks on bathroom breaks though. I'm pretty sure someone would be calling building security if I started that....
I read my QFC challenge at night and the next morning I get in one set of 25 in before breakfast. I get one set done before lunch and one before dinner, the last set I don about two hours after dinner if I have the strength left to do the last set ( if it is upper body challenge). If I can't do the challenge then I double up my walking.

I check the post the night before so I know what the challenge is for the next day. I try to begin and do a set as soon as I am up and moving in the morning and then work the rest in through out the course of the day.
