Your QuickFire Challenge is Simply the Most Exciting and Innovative Team On SparkPeople Today! A Challenge A Day to Quickfire your metabolism into super fat burning mode. All challenges will be completed in a single day and will be simple, uncomplicated and easily incorporated into your daily routine.

You can use this team to "fill the gap" between other Team Challenges or to just keep it simple. This is not meant to be a Social Team, so can easily be done along with any other challenges & Teams you may be involved with to Step Up your routine and/or to add another weight loss/fitness tool to your belt.
