Your QuickFire Challenge is a LifeStyle Change. The only way you are going to make Real Change happen in your life is by incorporating movement that will work WITHIN your life. This will build Lifelong Movement Habits that will lead to a healthier lifestyle. Go Ahead; We Dare You!

The QuickFires are meant to be a realistic way to get your fitness in periodically during your day - any day - every day and STOP that destructive cycle. The intent is to spread them out, throughout the day, in order to work in physical activity and QuickFire your metabolism, with little required time investment. The interruption to your day should be barely noticeable. There is no huge commitment socially or time wise. We will look for QuickFires than can easily fit in your day- without equipment that you may not have access to - or straying too far from your normal daily routine. Most can be done in your office, kitchen, while on the phone, or, yes the bathroom. You find Your Trigger. The one thing or things that you can associate with the QuickFires and they will become a habit, and you will get fit without even thinking about it. QuickFires will become a regular part of Your Day and You will have a better life! QuickFire Your Day; QuickFire Your Life! The goal is to make a plan that works in the real world and in real time.
