I try my very best to do so, I am trying to break the bad habit of reaching for sugary foods when I feel like my blood sugar is low, since January this year I am trying to avoid all sugar and fake sugar, if there are too many carbs in 1 meal or the glycemic index of the foods eaten are high, I will feel terrible in about 1-2 hours, I have been combining protein and carbs and eat 5-6 times a day every 3 hrs or so
I am very carb sensitive, If i eat too few or too many carbs I feel terrible, I typically eat carbs throughout the day, mostly clean carbs, I also tend to workout in the afternoon or evening time and I don't want to have to "drag" through the evening if I am cutting back carbs, any suggestions, i weigh about 120 and need to lose about 1o to 15 lbs, mostly on my stomach area, any advice?
