Lettuce wraps... romaine lettuce with deli meat, ham, turkey, chicken, etc., low fat cheese, roasted red peppers, red onions, etc... You could spread the lettuce with your favorite hummus and wrap ... it should look something like this:
I like ff greek yogurt and fruit. Some sliced strawberries mixed in with the yogurt. Also granola and yogurt is good. Great if you're low on protein. Fruit is good period. Apples are supposed to, I think, be great metabolism boosters.
I was hoping I could get some suggestions?!?! I have been sooo hungry lately and going over or just about over my calories eating snacks. What are some healthy snacks you guys eat? Low carb snacks would be even better : )
