thanx...i'm gonna def. try to reduce...i just have so much energy i feel like such a slacker....couldn't even sit still on a restday this weekend and went on a pretty vigorous hike for an hour or so..it was awesome but i know i have to tone it down and i'm workin on it mentally...i know your advice is so right on and makes sense...i've even gotten better...no 1tbs brown sugar in oatmeal today it tasted so good that way too....i think i'll get there in time...i'lll let you know how it goes...thank you again
i eat clean but not as clean as i should.like twice this week i reached for a granola bar quaker and nature vally, for a quick fix cause i was in a hurry. i also am stuck on liek 4tsp splenda and 1bs brown sugar in my oatmeal. i also had a few graham crackers and felt horrible. i'm making my rest day my mental prep day for the week and i think i will start planning so i don't sabotage my efforts. i measured wrong and my body fat is 22% i will take your advice and reduce the cardio. i really appreciate your time in answering my post thank you so much
How is your diet? While Carb Cycling, keep your eating very clean. At 105 lbs and 26% body fat, you may want to reduce your cardio and concentrate on building muscle (as long as you are eating clean). This will help reduce your body fat. Plus, too much cardio will burn muscle and not fat. There is a fine line when in your situation.
yes thinking on this i can agree it is a little too much...i do wanna lose body fat my body fat is approx 22% i think it is a little high...thanx for your response on this i do see i need to adjust my workouts plus diet
IMO you are working out way too much! I usually tell my clients a max of 1 hour - 1.25 hours per day. Anything more is overkill, unless you are training for a figure comp and that is a totally different story w/ specific times, exercises, etc.
By looking at your tracker, it appears you do not want to lose weight,just body fat? Is that correct? Do you know what your body fat % is?
i've been doing this for a month or so, sometimes 6 days per week sometimes only 5 days, my goal is to reduce body fat as much as i can...i try to stay close to eating 40% cals,40% carbs, 20% fat..as i can ...i do cardio with weights 1 hr morn and 1 hr in the evening...by the end of the week it is exhausting but i feel good just reading different things on different forums and sites is confusing but if this is too much and not "healthy" and wont help me i would consider cutting back. just not sure if i'm doing the rite thing here as far as working out this way thank you
