I think I am going to attempt it in the next week or two. Carbs are my weakness, but I have plateaued and I want to shed this last layer of fat. I am hoping to make a plan sometime this weekend that coincides with my training schedule. Keep us updated on your progress. This is new to me, so any tips would be appreciated. :)
So who is actively Carb Cycling? Curious what everyone is doing and how it is going. I just re-started w/ the 3:1 BFFM Carb Cycling as it is the easiest for me to do. What about everyone else? How's it going?
