I just checked and alas, no. :(

But it is the new issue (December?) so if you're at a store that carries it, you can do a quick read and see if it's worth buying it.

Oxygen (and most other magazines) don't post the info on the web until the next issue or so comes out. It is available in the stores if you want to pick up a copy. Oxygen Magazine is a great read!

Is there a link to the article on the internet? I would be interested in reading it, but I don't get the magazine.

Basically I liked that it seemed to be a practical, beginner approach and had examples. I remember the first time I read BFFM I was soooo confused by it. Now, it's totally doable.

I thought it was pretty good as well - I liked how they had an equation on figuring out your carbs for each of those days (since I'm a numbers geek. ;) if you're just starting out with the whole thing.

And the recipes looked tasty!

I did see it. Looks like a pretty good plan incorporating high, medium, and low carb days. All w/ sound nutrition.

What were your thoughts?

Just checked out the most recent issue of Oxygen and there was a pretty decent article/plan for implementing carb cycling.

Anyone see it? Thoughts? Comments?
