Yeah, the nutrition part is really, really detailed - awesome but half the stuff I skimmed over. It's a lot to take in and really grasp, but yet it's also really simple.
My suggestion is to first and foremost: make sure you have at least 1-2 goals & affirmations written out
_Then_ take the nutrition info, look at what you're already doing and where you need/want to tweak it. Focus on one thing at a time, like getting enough protein, or getting 6-8 servings of fruits/veggies, then move to the next thing.
We're in this for the LONG haul, not the quick fix, so there's time.
