Hi everyone, I am new to this team. I keep reading everywhere that carb cycling is thee best way to go to loose body fat & gain lean muscle. I am in a contest & will be weighed in and measured in 3 months & the woman who looses the most inches, bf%, & weight wins $500. I just thought this would be great motivation to get in the best shape of my life. I already did my begining measurments & know its time to train train train!
I have a couple questions before I attempt to start my first carb cycle;
On my no carb day...what the heck CAN I eat?! As far as I know literally almost everything has some amount of carbs in it. Even lettuce and veggies & stuff. Does no carbs just mean none from grains & stuff? I want to make sure I know what I am able to eat before I start my first cycle because I dont want to starve! Or give up...
