I don't do the extreme carb cycling, but there may be some info on the TNT program that does a no, very low carb day. You will want to count your net carbs. So if you eat 1/2 cup blueberries, you would subtract the amount of fiber from the amount of carbs to get your "net carbs". I know that Muscle & Fitness Hers magazine has a weekly eating plan bi-monthly that is real low in carbs. You may want to check it out.
Hi everyone, I am new to this team. I keep reading everywhere that carb cycling is thee best way to go to loose body fat & gain lean muscle. I am in a contest & will be weighed in and measured in 3 months & the woman who looses the most inches, bf%, & weight wins $500. I just thought this would be great motivation to get in the best shape of my life. I already did my begining measurments & know its time to train train train!
I have a couple questions before I attempt to start my first carb cycle; On my no carb day...what the heck CAN I eat?! As far as I know literally almost everything has some amount of carbs in it. Even lettuce and veggies & stuff. Does no carbs just mean none from grains & stuff? I want to make sure I know what I am able to eat before I start my first cycle because I dont want to starve! Or give up...
