My goals for May are to lose at least 1lb a week; do cardio 3 days a week and ST 2 days a week. The other 2 days of the week are strictly family stuff -- but can involve additional exercise, depending on what we are doing!
I had to lighten up my demands on myself and step back a bit! I'm feeling great with the new month here!!

Actually, I'm taking the basic premise of it and a few friends of mine and I created our own 'contest'. So far it's been really motivating for people - keeping it small and personal - and these are folks that wouldn't consider doing the 'big' contest.

I'm excited that THEY are excited, you know?

We have just started a new month and tomorrow will be a new week. What are your goals for May? Or what are your goals for the upcoming week?

I plan to start the BFFM RTP Transformation System on Monday. This will include 3:1 Carb Cycling (like what I have been doing) and gives a daily workout schedule. It is an 84-day transformation system and follows the BFFM nutritional guidelines. Can't wait to get started.
