that sounds like a good plan, I have abstained from sugar for 56 days and plan to continue until April 30 so no desserts for me. It started as a weight loss effort, then I decided to give them up for Lent, then I challenged my daughter to give up sugar for 40 days...her tie ends April 30 and I decided to continue in support of her effort.

I don't do a full cheat day either. I am planning on enjoying a little bit of the chocolate trifle dessert I'm making - that will be it.

Good for you!! I don't do cheat days either! A whole day would really screw me up! I have eaten 100% clean for the past 12 days and seeing my husband and I don't get the chance to go out very much, I plan on having a nice dinner. It will probably be a lean protein and lots of veggies, but I think I am going to enjoy that glass of wine! Too much craziness going on lately and it will be nice to just relax w/hubby and sip on a glass of white wine.

What are your Easter plans? Are you planning on staying on track for the holiday or are you using it as your cheat meal?

Easter day is a low day for me and I plan on eating on track for the day as my husband and I actually have a "date" Saturday night and I plan on having my cheat meal then, and maybe a glass of wine!
