Here is a Rest Day Sample Menu from Hers Muscle & Fitness Magazine:

Breakfast:
2 Large Whole Eggs
2 Large Egg Whites
3 slices Extra Lean Turkey Bacon

Snack:
4 oz Shrimp
1 Tbspn Cocktail Sauce

Lunch:
6 oz Turkey
2 slices low-fat swiss cheese
1 cup raw spinach leaves
Roll spinach and swiss inside turkey slices

Snack:
1 oz walnuts
1 Tbspn peanut butter

Dinner:
6 oz Salmon
1 cup cauliflower
2 cups mixed green salad
1 Tbspn olive oil/vinegar dressing

Bedtime Snack:
8 oz Cottage Cheese
2 Tbspn Salsa

Nutrition Info:
1340 calories
165 g protein
40 g carbs
60 g fat
