This team has not been active for quite sometime. I admit that I really fell of track. I have been struggling with alcohol addiction for the past few years. The last year has really taken ahold of me. I gave up and stopped trying. I gained 20 lbs back and could not seem to put down the wine and beer. I know I let some of you down as the team administrator. Believe me, I had no intention of starting this team and giving up just as we starting getting so many members. Anyhow, I could really use your support and advise on how to get back on track and get healthy again. I've lost my motivation and need to find it. I want to lose 100 lbs. Any thoughts?
