Sometimes I think we are too hard on ourselves. Like many people, I often compare myself to others and only notice what's wrong with me; I never take the time to appreciate myself and focus on what I like about myself.
I would like to challenge all of us (myself included) to think of the positive things about ourselves. Brag on ourselves. :)
So what comes to mind today is running. I have very thick legs (to put it nicely). Bulky legs are a trait that runs in my family, and it's much more attractive on my brothers than it is on me. :) However, my thick legs are also very strong and they have allowed me to begin training for a 5K.
